Upload to audio to hamradioshowpodcast.com 
Use your ftp software, fill in what is provided in ftp word file,  navigate to the public_html folder, click feed, then click podcast, you should see alot of files of similar name to the one your uploading, drag file to this folder .  

For cold cuts episodes, instead navigate to public_html/podcasts/coldcuts and upload there. 
Ensure the mp3 file url is formatted like this : https://hamradioshowpodcast.com/feed/podcast/ then file . Mp3 

Sign in to https://app.thehamradio.show/wp-admin with sign info provided

To add an episode to the show catalog:

From the sidebar select "Podcast Episodes" - Add New
	- Fill out the title with the following format :  guest (Date of episode)
	- Fill out episode description
	- Check the box for the era you want to the episode to be included in (podcast categories box) 
	- Click featured images and pick or upload the image you want and add to post
	- Get a link to the episode podcast mp3 (upload via FTP to hamradioshowpodcast.com or get link from hipcast) 
	- Scroll down and in the episode infos box, click external file, paste in the url  to the episode audio file and enter the duration in seconds (72000 seconds = 2 hours), mark episode as explicit
	
	- NOTHING ELSE HAS TO BE ENTERED on the Page,  scroll back up and hit post.


You can do the same to hamradioshowpodcast.com/wp-admin. It is post-add new for this site
However step 1,2,3 and enter the episode urtl in bluberry plugin, you do not need to enter seconds, it




Cold Cuts 

Anchor.fm 
Follow the instructions on help section on anchor website, should be pretty easy to understand even without looking at help section 
 

add to alexa demandtheham service,  (this is for our alexa skill,  the amazon music distribution gets it from the RSS Feed from podcast episodes process above) 
Go to https://app.thehamradio.show/dth_staff/ (ensure you are signed in, as the page does not appear if logged out of WordPress admin)
Fill out the form with the information you provided to anchor,  
Cut and paste, the title, descriptio as you entered in anchor . Get the url to featured image from anchor, hover and right click above uploaded image in anchor dasnboard) 

	- The form needs an audio url (use can either get it from the rss feed on anchor or upload to the hamradioshowpodcast ftp folder (public html, podcasts, nick,coldcuts, and paste  the url to here  Ensure the file url is formatted like this https://www.hamradioshowpodcast.com/podcasts/nick/ColdCuts/ ... Then episode name with .mp3 or .mp4 at the end of the name.

once all boxes are filled, hit submit and the form will tell you that episode clip is available on DemandTheHam alexa skill.
